Exchanges and returns

At Crishome Tex, we strive to guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. We work hard to offer you a product that meets our quality standards, so we know how important it is for you to have a product that meets your needs and expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied you can tell us why and you can return your product. If the reason for the return is any of the following, you must guarantee the conditions mentioned below:

Return of defective products:

The customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to be defective or otherwise non-compliant with the products ordered. Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the order. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded. The purchase price will only be refunded once it has been confirmed that the products are in good condition and will always be refunded by the same means by which payment was made or by another means agreed with the customer. It can take an average of 8 days.

Return of products due to withdrawal:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

  • The products have not been washed or used;
  • The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);
  • The product is complete (e.g. in the case of a set of parts, all must be returned);

You can’t return:

  • Products that have been adulterated.

Product returns due to incorrect sizes:

To exchange one item for another or to change the size of an item, you can only do so if the value is the same or higher. In the event of an item being exchanged for a different one, any campaign/promotion earned on the original purchase will not be retained in the exchange, unless otherwise stated in the respective promotional campaign. Therefore, the campaign/promotion will only be maintained if the size or colour of the item is changed.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order you are not satisfied, you can only return your order.

How to make the return:

To return an item, send an e-mail to geral@crishometex.pt or you can also call the following number: (+351) 253 088 155. You must provide us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items in your order.

Shipping costs for returning a product that complies with its description on this website will always be borne by the customer.
