Crishome Tex® is not responsible for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any information contained on this website.
Nor can Crishome Tex® be held liable for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. Crishome Tex ® cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the customer as a result of improper use of our products.
To place an order, the customer must be over 18 years of age and undertakes to provide truthful data that will allow the order to be processed successfully.

The shipment will be made by the courier CTT.

These provisions are without prejudice to any consumer rights that result directly from the current Portuguese law.
In the event of customer dissatisfaction, we will always try to reach a mutually agreeable solution that is in the customer’s best interests. However, the customer can always resort to the legal means in force by accessing the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, or the alternative dispute resolution organization for consumer disputes in their area of residence.
Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the territorially competent court. If the User resides outside of Portugal, it is hereby agreed that the Portuguese Courts are competent, namely the corresponding court closest to Guimarães.

Shipping, returns and expenses

Orders placed and paid for by 12 noon are normally dispatched the same day.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to Crishome Tex, resulting in additional costs to be borne by the customer. For this reason, we recommend that the customer always makes sure that the shipping address provided when registering the order is correct and complete.
Shipping costs for returning a product that complies with its description on this website will always be borne by the customer.
Delivery of the order is subject to the customer paying the shipping costs in force on the date the order is confirmed, depending on the weight and delivery address of the order.
The shipping costs currently in force are as follows (CrishomeTex reserves the right to change these amounts depending on intrinsic or extrinsic business conditions):

Mainland Portugal:

Express Mail

  • Up to 0.500gr – 2.80€;
  • From 0.501gr to 1kg – 2.90€;
  • From 1.001kg to 2kg – 3.05€;
  • From 2.001kg to 5kg – 3.25€;
  • From 5.001kg to 10kg – 3.55€;
  • From 10.001kg to 20kg – 4.20€;
  • From 20.001kg to 30kg – 5.20€;
  • >30,001kg – additional 0.14€/kg.

Islands*:

  • Up to 2kg – 6,20€;
  • From 2.001kg to 5kg – 7.60€;
  • From 5.001kg to 10kg – 10.00€;
  • From 10.001kg to 15kg – 13.00€;
  • From 15.001kg to 20kg – 16.20€;
  • From 20.001kg to 25kg – 19.10€;
  • From 25.001kg to 30kg – 22.00€.

VAT at the legal rate is added to the prices shown.

*The weight limit for shipments (with delivery on a working day) to and/or from Madeira is 20kg, except for shipments to and/or from the Azores, where the limit is 5kg. The weight limit for shipments (with delivery within 1 working day) to and/or from the Azores is 5kg.
We ship to any country, and shipping costs will be calculated according to each order.
A telephone number is always required to accompany the order.
In accordance with current legislation, parcels travel at the risk of the person requesting them. In the event of damage, the customer must indicate this on the carrier’s invoice and, if this is not possible, immediately send us photos and a description of the damage in order to open a claim.
We will do everything we can to ensure that the package reaches its destination as quickly as possible, but this is always the responsibility of the company contracted for this service.
