Crishome Tex® uses one of the most secure online ordering systems available and is constantly improving its software in order to offer its customers the greatest possible security.
We use a server certificate, also known as a digital certificate, which ensures our identity, as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption of the data transmitted.
5. Payment methods
5.1. Payment by Multibanco (Only available in Portugal)
ATM payments can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
When you finalize your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation e-mail, although it will also be available in the “Order details”, under the “Orders” tab in the customer’s Crishome Tex® account.
To pay at an ATM, the customer must select the “Payment for Services/Purchases” option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
The order will be dispatched the same day if payment is made by 12 noon on a working day. Orders paid for after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Products are reserved for 4 days. If Crishome Tex® does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be canceled.
5.2. Payment by MBWay (Only available in Portugal)
MBWay payments can be made via your phone. Simply select the MB WAY payment method, then enter the associated cell phone number, you will receive a notification on your smartphone, accept the MBWay purchase, confirm with the MBWay PIN, and complete the payment.
The order will be dispatched the same day if payment is made by 12 noon on a working day. Orders paid for after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Products are reserved for 4 days. If Crishome Tex® does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be canceled.
You must confirm your purchase within a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time limit the purchase order expires, in which case you will need to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.

All intellectual property rights in software and content available through this website are owned by Crishome Tex® and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties around the world. All these rights are reserved to Crishome Tex® and its suppliers.
The customer may save, print or display the contents of this website for personal use only.
The publication, manipulation, distribution or reproduction, in any format, of any content on this website is not permitted, nor is linking it to any business or company.
